This role has therefore materialised at an exciting time. Reporting to the Company’s General Counsel the duties will be varied and wide ranging but will certainly include the following

• Responsible for the Company’s statutory compliance

• Assisting with development of Product Information and monitoring of contractual compliance

• Responsible for AFS License Lodgements and compliance

• Management of a corporate compliance calendar for all facets of the business

• Project management and reporting on Risk Management Issues

• Management of the ongoing Quality Accreditation

The role will involve significant liaison with and presentation to Senior Management and the Board Compliance Committee and hence highly developed interpersonal skills are going to be essential. The abilityto multitask and prioritise effectively are critical to the success of this position. The organisation is characterised by a ‘can do’ attitude and presents an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to join a highly motivated and successful business.

Candidates will ideally have a legal background or extensive experience in a similar capacity and are presently working in a similar or‘In House’ role.
