This client is a leading international consultancy with divisions in the Transportation, Infrastructure, Environment, Power and Water industries. With over 5000 employees and 70+ offices worldwide, they have experienced significant growth over the past few years through continued project delivery and client satisfaction.
Currently their Rail Division in Brisbane has a new requirement for two Signal Engineers:
- Principal Signal Engineer
- Signal / Senior Signal Engineer
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead signalling proposals and projects, including bid preparation and client presentation
- Development of the local signalling resource
- Undertake detailed design and checking of signal projects
The successful candidates will possess the relevant tertiary qualifications with a minimum of 5-10 years experience (10-15 years for the Principal level) in the design, design checking, project management, testing & commissioning or project delivery of rail signal projects. You will possess or have an intimate knowledge of signal design competency through either IRSE licences, or equivalent, whilst also being able to manage signal engineers.
Knowledge of UK rail principles would be highly regarded.
