Merck Serono is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and experienced scientific professional to join the team in the role of Medical Manager - Fertility.
Reporting to the Associate Director Scientific Affairs, you will be responsible for:
- Proactive engagement with key customers (clinical and scientific) to ensure outstanding, customer-focused scientific and clinical support
- Providing a business critical scientific and clinical resource in support of the Sales and Marketing teams and the Scientific Affairs department through the provision of medical knowledge and advice, including the training of sales staff
- Management of Merck Serono’s local clinical program through the evaluation and support of investigator sponsored studies and design and management of local clinical trials
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in science or related life-sciences, be committed to “best pharma” practice, and have a minimum of 5 years within the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent postgraduate experience, ideally in a medical marketing/liaison role, although candidates with specific fertility experience are also welcomed.
