The Uniting Church is one of the largest not for profi t organisations in Australia. Uniting Financial Services, a division of Uniting Resources, is the fi nancial services provider to all church entities and organisations within NSW and the ACT.
A strategic decision to bring the management of a $200 million direct commercial property investment in-house has created this new position. You’ll take control of the implementation of the investment strategy for this portfolio of nine properties. They need an innovative and proven commercial property portfolio manager to work closely with all outsourced service providers and proactively deliver the strategy. With a progressive history in defi ned property groups, you will have experience adding real value in a similar role.
Possessing relevant tertiary qualifications and an appreciation of property valuations, you’ll work within the policy and ethos of the Uniting Church in Australia as described in the Basis of Union. Your success will be
