Due to ongoing business demand and growth, our client has recently announced a restructure of their WA Agribusiness and have now created a genuine opportunity for a highly talented financial services executive to join their Agribusiness Management Team.
In these times, this is a rare and unique opportunity and will allow an individual with seasoned sales management, coaching, mentoring, business development and customer centric skills to take hold of this new zone and make a solid and profitable impact across existing and new clients, thereby carving out a senior management career within what is arguably the best Trading Bank currently in Australia.
As this is a senior leadership role, you will have previously led a large sales team environment, managing other high performing sales operatives and large client portfolios, preferably across banking or a related financial services environment.
To hit the ground running, it is highly preferred you will have prior exposure to Agribusiness at a large client level or large commercial sales focused business environment with financial responsibilities. Direct experience in or an awareness of the broader range of banking products and in particular Equipment Finance and Transactional Services as well as all normal bank credit offerings will also be highly regarded.
