This is an immediate opportunity to develop your career at a market leading, international engineering consultancy. Based in the CBD, our client is a market leader in rail engineering and is currently seeking a Senior Rail Signaling Engineer / Designer to join their established team.
Employed as a Senior Signalling Engineer in their rail group, you will contribute to the successful completion of a range of rail projects based throughout Australia and the Middle East.
You will be responsible for:
- The design and documentation of signal engineering designs, including signaling layouts and control tables, to client and industry standards
- Project management including client liaison and coordination of junior staff
- Checking signaling designs completed by others
- Assisting in the commissioning of signaling systems and equipment

As the successful candidate, you will have:
- 8 + years experience working as a signaling engineer / designer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A familiarity with engineering software, including CAD
- Good time management skills and experience completing projects to specified time frames and budgets
