Reporting to one of Australia’s most respected Sales Directors you will take responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the Woolworths and Independents channel. You will together with your team drive channel sales strategies to achieve key objectives. Furthermore your remit will also include providing direction for field implementation and trade activities. This is a critical high profile role within the Sales management team To be considered for the role you will have an excellent understanding of the grocery sector, as well as a track record of successfully leading account teams in a high quality high performance FMCG organisation. Critical to your success will include strong relationship skills, business savvy, negotiation skills, leadership and a heightened customer focus. You will be high energy, driven and enthusiastic with outstanding interpersonal skills. Experience across Coles and or Woolworth is essential.
