They are looking to mould you into this role over the next 12 months to take on servicing existing clients, winning new work and developing high performance teams beneath you. Furthermore their will be a key focus on strategic direction of the practice. Requires a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of business services clients and 10-15 years experience in compliance and specialist tax consulting within a public practice will be well regarded.
