These projects require specific services packages,machinery, and plant and require detailed scopes and cost-measuring techniques as well as procurement schedules.

With a number of tenders coming online before the July 2010 deadline ,this successful contractor is positioned to win the lions share. Under a D&C arrangement some of these projects will be under managing contractor control where you will take over at an early conceptual phase and work with design management to develop a scope.
