Our client is a market leader in the development of a broad range of integrated hardware, software and document supplies business services solutions to the public and private sectors. Due to retirement this evolving business requires a new General Manager.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the ongoing strategic and operational management and development of an iconic brand within document supplies.

Key accountabilities include:

• Developing and maintaining business ensuring sustainable & profitable growth
• Ongoing divisional strategy development & deployment in conjunction with internal stakeholders
• Continuous improvement of the document supplies value proposition through existing and new products to fulfil customer needs
• Maintaining supplier relationships to ensure product quality
• C-level key client engagement in support of company and divisional objectives
• Implementing dynamic cultural change in a collaborative way
• Human-capital performance management and development in partnership with HR

In order to be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate:

• Proven General Management experience in a commercially focused supplies delivery arm of a medium to large organisation.
• Accountability and delivery of developing business strategies, organisational development and people management for a medium-large organisation.
• Proven hands-on experience building customer relationships with in a business supplies driven strategies environment.
• You will be tertiary qualified (MBA or equivalent).
